I’ve always wanted to tour some of the old southern plantations and had quite a list of them lined up for last spring. COVID19 made that impossible but I did manage to get what is arguably the most well-known plantations you can actually visit, Oak Alley Plantation just outside New Orleans.

We spent a night in Roswell, New Mexico and I’m happy to report we saw absolutely no evidence of alien activity.

After a very long drive yesterday we ended up in the cutest municipal park quite by accident.

Last winter I had planned to visit Oklahoma but COVID19 thwarted my plans. This fall I’m here but it’s cold and wet so shopping seems like a great alternative to outdoor activities.
